A request has been submitted to the Canadian Council of Directors of Apprenticeship (CCDA) to change the Red Seal trade from “Baker” to “Baker-Patissier”. NSAA is seeking input from certified tradespersons, partner organizations and other industry stakeholders within Nova Scotia, who are involved in the Baker trade, to complete the below survey to provide input on whether to accept the proposed name change.
