In case of a possible Canada Post mail disruption:

• All apprenticeship renewals, training applications, exam applications, and apprenticeship applications are available online at Homepage | Nova Scotia Apprenticeship Agency. This information will be processed normally, and all correspondence will be done via email. All identification cards and certifications will be issued via MyCreds.
• All exam marks will be sent via email. Note: Exam results cannot be given out over the phone.
• For new apprentices, your Industry Training Consultant will arrange the pick up of your logbooks, where possible.
• Apprenticeship Grants are issued monthly, and we will provide an update in early June, if required.
