The Apprenticeship Board provides invaluable stewardship for the skilled trades. Board members have the opportunity to shape strategic decisions and help grow and modernize the apprenticeship and trades certification system.
The Nova Scotia Apprenticeship Agency is looking to fill the following Board vacancies:
- Member-at-Large
- Member (Motive Sector)
- Member (Service Sector)

Applications to the Industry Sector Committees have also been extended until May 17, 2024. The new Industry Sector Committees will provide industry-wide expertise and feedback and be key partners in the province's plans to add 5,000 new apprentices in three years.
