Coming January 2026: A New Apprenticeship Management System (AMS)
NSAA is launching the Apprenticeship Management System (AMS) in early January 2026. AMS will provide a faster, easier, and more transparent way for apprentices and employers to manage apprenticeship activity.
For Apprentices
AMS will allow you to:
- Register and manage your profile online
- Track your progress and skill sign-offs
- Schedule exams and receive updates—all in one place
For Employers
With AMS, you will be able to:
- Register apprentices and monitor progress more efficiently
- Access records and updates whenever you need them
Employer Administrator Setup
Information on selecting your Employer Administrator will be posted here as we get closer to launch. Please check back for onboarding instructions and required details.
Why AMS?
- Efficiency: Less paperwork and faster processes
- Transparency: Real-time updates for apprentices and employers
- Empowerment: Greater control over your apprenticeship journey or your team’s progress
