Mathias Probst is the Executive Chef at The Carleton in downtown Halifax, where he leads a culinary team that showcases Nova Scotia’s ingredients through creative, seasonal menus. Mathias contributes to several industry committees dedicated to advancing the service sector trades and expanding apprenticeship opportunities across hospitality and tourism. As an educator, he shares his experience with future leaders in food service, helping to develop the next generation of hospitality professionals.
