With more than fifteen years of professional experience, he brings a deep commitment to mentorship, skills development, and collaboration within the hospitality industry.

    Mathias contributes to several industry committees dedicated to advancing the service sector trades and expanding apprenticeship opportunities across hospitality and tourism. As an educator, he shares his experience with future leaders in food service, helping to develop the next generation of hospitality professionals.
